EDIBLE WILD PLANTS - Poster A2

Many of nature's plants are edible. It's exciting and inspiring to find, gather and use plants in a variety of dishes. A trip to the spring forest can be combined with collecting ramsons, stinging nettle, dead-nettle, March violet, woodruff, wood sorrel and sweet cicely. And on a spring trip to the beach you can pick sea sandwort, sea kale, sea plantain and sea mustard. All these plants are suitable for use in the kitchen.
