FREIGHT
For all countries the freight price is per kg and is calculated according to the pricing zone of the country concerned.
SHIPPING
Posters cannot be shipped with other items. Therefore, you may experience that your items come in several packages and, in some cases, not on the same day. We ship with GLS and PostNord within DK, this being to either parcel-shop or home to private address.
For addresses outside DK, we ship with GLS, Fedex and UPS.
COMPLAINT
We always strive to have satisfied customers and we take great care in packing and sending our products. In case of errors with delivery or damaged products, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
RETURN
You can return the product within 30 days if the product should not meet your expectations. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returned packages.

ORDERING AND PAYING
When ordering products from Koustrup & Co.’s wholesale webshop, the order will be subsequently invoiced.
The invoice will be sent by email from our economy system. Payment is to be made via the specified account on the invoice.
The products can also be paid for immediately in the webshop with either Mastercard, Visa card or Dankort.
DELIVERY TIMES
Unless otherwise specified for each item, the expected delivery time will be within 2-3 work days.
Backorders will be sent as soon as possible.
SHIPPING FOR RETAILERS
For shipping in Denmark, the cost is DKK 60 plus tax.. For orders over DKK 2500, there is free delivery in DK. Also free delivery on back orders within DK.
For countries in the EU or outside the EU, the freight price is per kg and is calculated according to the pricing zone of the country concerned.
