EDIBLE WILD FRUITS - Poster A2

Nature is full of edible fruits that can be gathered, eaten and prepared. Some are well known while others are more unfamiliar.

In the context of Nordic cuisine it has become a trend to eat superfoods, where fruits and berries are important ingredients in juices and smoothies. Beyond these there are countless ways to use fruits — in baking, pickled, raw, dried or as juice.

This poster, illustrated by botanical artist Kirsten Tind, features 21 fruit illustrations that can all be found in Danish nature.
