VIKING FOOD - 8 cards
High-quality cards featuring illustrations of Viking food by Peter Nielsen.
The Vikings' meals were mainly prepared over open hearths or in clay ovens. Many of the ingredients were grown by themselves, and they also hunted, fished and gathered wild plants and fruits.
The card set contains 8 folded cards with matching envelopes.

The fine illustrations of the above were drawn by Peter Nielsen, author, artist, graphic designer and instructor at the Design Seminar in Højer from 1997–2002. He has had a studio on Ærø since 2003. His main focus is on the visual and illustrative, which is evident in biology textbooks, instructional handbooks and decorative projects.
The cards are printed at a European Swan-labelled printer and are made from environmentally certified FSC paper.
The envelopes are produced from eco-friendly eucalyptus paper.
