Pumpkins are healthy, taste great and have a low energy content. With the right amount of intake, you can help prevent age-related weakening of eyesight because of the content of the A‑vitamin lutein. Pumpkins are attractive to look at and can be used for decoration, carving and eating. The pumpkin’s flavor ranges in sweetness, nutmeg and nutty notes, which is why many chefs like to use different pumpkin varieties in their cooking.

In collaboration with Kirsten Tind, this lovely overview poster with 18 different varieties has been created.
