Round serving tray with the Pimpernel blue motif, an original design by the renowned artist William Morris, combines timeless aesthetics with natural beauty. The detailed, winding flowers and leaves in cool blue tones create an atmosphere of calm and refined style.
The tray is made in Europe from pressed Nordic birch veneer with an environmentally friendly coating on the front and back. The tray is approved for food use, making it ideal for kitchen use and various serving arrangements. The product is dishwasher-safe and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

With great respect, Koustrup & Co. has carefully restored these original hand-drawn designs, which were found in William Morris’ own home. Each original has been gently preserved and revived so his original vision shines through while retaining its historical authenticity. We are proud to carry this out in collaboration with The William Morris Society in London. The society, dedicated to preserving Morris’ work and ideals, keeps his vision alive for future generations.
William Morris (1834-1896), a visionary designer and founder of the Arts & Crafts movement, believed in the power of beauty, craftsmanship and sustainability. His intricate patterns, inspired by nature, transformed home decoration and are just as captivating today as in the 19th century.
Morris was also a socialist and believed that art was for everyone.
