The book is not just a collection of recipes, but a journey through time and tradition, where old Danish dishes are revived and updated with a modern twist. It's a tribute to Danish food culture and an invitation to readers to gather around the table and create new memories with family and friends.

\r\nThe book's author Clara Rosenkrantz was born in Brazil, grew up in Christiania with the freetown's values and communal meals, and as an adult has worked for many years in gastronomy at several Michelin restaurants, where food became art. Her unique style is also reflected in her cooking, where every dish is both a visual and gastronomic experience. Clara married into the historic family at one of Funen's oldest estates. At Glorup Gods she serves as creative director and has gained a deep understanding of Denmark's rich food culture, which she now shares in her new cookbook.
