Worldwide, Bjørn Wiinblad became one of the absolutely best-selling Danish artists. Wiinblad is among other things represented at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, the Museum of Modern Art New York, the Museum of Fine Arts, Oslo, the National Museum, Stockholm and the National Museum of Ceramiche, Faenza, Italy.
Most famous is Bjørn Wiinblad for his characteristic ceramic phrase Nymølle and beautiful porcelain from Rosenthal. They are found in millions of homes worldwide. The theater world had a very special place in Bjørn Wiinblad's heart and he has worked for many different theaters at home and abroad and within all genres: revue, ballet, opera and classic plays.
