Nature is full of edible fruits that can be foraged, eaten and prepared. Some are well-known while others are more unfamiliar.

In the context of Nordic cuisine it has become trendy to eat superfoods, where fruit and berries are important ingredients in juices and smoothies. Beyond that there are countless ways to use fruits — in baking, preserved, raw, dried or as juice.

On this poster, drawn by botanical artist Kirsten Tind, you'll find 21 illustrations of fruits that can all be found around the Danish countryside.
