In the Nordic countries we have many edible flowers in nature and the gardens, and they are both decorative and have culinary value.

In this book, experienced garden and food writer Anemette Olesen, who if anyone is a Danish pioneer in experimenting with the achievements of the garden and nature, gives her bid for flowers that can be picked and consumed for everyone's pleasure.
