Edible flowers
There is a large selection of edible flowers that taste very different. There are sweet flavors, sour flavors, strong flavors and bitter flavors and they give the most wonderful feel and exaltation to any dish when either decorating flowers or making whole salads with edible flowers. Try for example. slats that give a punch of mustard flavor and where the seeds that come after flowering can be used as the wasabi of the north. Or decorate the cake with beautiful horn violets, which give an elegant and bohemian look for today's dessert. An everyday dinner or lunch box can suddenly be made festive and magical with a little floral sprinkle on top.
These edible flowers are illustrated by botanical cartoonist Kirsten Tind and we have created this exclusive version of the very popular poster. It is now possible to get it in all sizes as well as choose the language you want. We gently print and cut out the poster and place it in biodegradable cellophane or a larger size gift box.
