“Koustrup & Co.” refers both to the natural or legal person who, by order confirmation, accepts the Buyer’s order and sells the ordered goods, and to the website from which goods are presented and ordered.
Product Information:
At Koustrup & Co., the essential characteristics of the goods are stated. For additional information or questions regarding existing information, an email can be sent to Koustrup & Co. via koustrup@koustrupco.dk.
PRICES:
All prices are current daily prices and valid only on the day of ordering. Price changes may therefore occur.
All stated prices include VAT. Koustrup & Co. uses the One Stop Shop (OSS) VAT scheme, which means that each EU country pays its own local VAT rate.
ORDERING:
The presentation of goods together with a price on Koustrup & Co. does not constitute a binding offer but merely an invitation to make an offer.

A binding agreement between the Buyer and Koustrup & Co. is only concluded when Koustrup & Co., through an order confirmation, accepts the offer made by the Buyer.
PAYMENT:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else can see or store your information. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount is debited from your account as soon as the goods are dispatched from Koustrup & Co.. If you choose cash on delivery, payment is made upon receipt of the goods.
Risk of accidental loss or deterioration:
Only when the ordered goods have come into the Buyer’s possession does the risk of accidental destruction or damage of the ordered goods transfer to the Buyer.
COMPLAINTS:

The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage, or wear and tear directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interference.
The invoice must be presented to Koustrup & Co. in connection with a complaint.
Any complaint regarding defects in delivered products must be made to Koustrup & Co. within a reasonable time after the Buyer has or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Buyer loses the right to invoke the defect.
You must specify and, upon request, demonstrate what the defect consists of.
DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY:
Koustrup & Co. has made it easy for you to find relevant information on other websites via links. These websites are outside the control of Koustrup & Co., and we therefore cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites.
Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the goods ordered under the agreement between the Buyer and Koustrup & Co..
The Seller is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from delays or defects in the ordered goods when such delays or defects are due to the Buyer’s actions or omissions, or to circumstances beyond Koustrup & Co.’s control, such as war, insurrection, civil unrest, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labour disputes of any kind, including strike and lockout, or similar events.
Koustrup & Co. does not provide an independent warranty for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the warranties issued by the manufacturer to the Buyer.
