TOMATOES - Poster A2
Tomatoes vary in appearance, flavor and size. Some are elongated, some small and others large. Cherry tomatoes are sweet and can be eaten like candy, while other varieties are more tart with firm flesh.
The many varieties offer different experiences of sweetness, acidity, fleshiness and juiciness. They bring fantastic possibilities to gastronomy because tomatoes are pure umami bombs. They're also low in calories and fat and contain antioxidants and vitamins — all aligned with today’s interest in healthy foods.
This tomato poster features 36 tasty varieties carefully selected by Lene Tvedegaard, owner of Gartneri Toftegaard.
